We are a Georgia based business.

Returns are permitted under:

1. Circumstances where we made an error.

2. Accidental orders (I.e. You ordered a Large but meant to click Medium.)

The item(s) have to be in its original, unopened package. If the original packaging has been opened, the return will not be accepted. 

Orders are usually shipped within 4-6 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive your tracking number at that time. Once the item leaves our possession, we have no control over how quickly USPS processes your item. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days for US destinations. International orders usually take a few weeks to arrive.

We create all items on demand. For this reason, canceling may not always be an option.

We will evaluate cancellations on a case-by-case basis. If your order is in active processing or has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. We will accept returns for accidental orders as long as the item(s) is in its original, unopened package. If the original packaging has been opened, the return will not be accepted.
