SHIPPING
We are a print-on-demand company. All products are made to order. We reserve the right to ship items separately should an unforeseen delay come from one of our third parties.
Order Processing
New orders usually ship within 4-6 business days, not including weekends or holidays. You will receive your tracking number at that time. Once shipped, orders for US destinations are usually received within 3-5 business days. International orders usually take a few weeks to arrive. We currently use UPS for shipping.
Expedited shipping
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Important
We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrectly provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered,” then it becomes the post office's responsibility, not that of The Reclaim Collection.
