REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What if I want to return or exchange my order?
Because our items are made to order in most cases ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
However we will issue a refund the event of the following:
- The order is canceled by The Reclaim Collection
- One or more of your items sold out since your order was placed
- The item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect, and we were contacted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please email:info@thereclaimcollection.com with your order number, a description of your issue, and a picture of the item.
- If approved we will send you a new product at no cost. If there are any exceptions made, there may be a restocking fee associated with the item.
- Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 15 business days to post to your account.
- If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns: We accept returns for accidental, damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, provided the item(s) remains in its original, unopened packaging. Returns with opened packaging will not be accepted.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.
